If you see any manufacturing defects in the piece, photograph this and share with us at care@inezjewels.com. 
Cost of the courier (including the original packaging) will be borne by you. Cost of shipping the new piece to you will be borne by us. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
