We are proudly made in India. 

What materials do we use?

All our pieces are made in 925 sterling silver and hallmarked for authenticity. We also use a feast of semi precious gemstones including carnelian, emeralds, pearls, lapis lazuli and the likes.  

How are your pieces made?

Our pieces are handcrafted and handmade by our karigars using ancient techniques. 
Even the semi precious gemstones used in our jewellery are handpicked and handcut. 

Since they are all handmade, every piece is one of a kind. No two pieces are same. 
You might see a few variations due to its handmade nature but they only add to its beauty and bring you a piece created with stories. 

How to take care of your jewellery?

Keep your loved ones close to your heart and your jewellery closer. Our jewellery is made and designed to take you from day to night. But it does require some love and care, like most other things.

Keep your pieces in an airtight zip lock and limit the exposure from water and moisture and you’ll have them shining for always.



How can I pay for my order?

In hugs and momos. You can use plastic cards- debit or credit and pay through our payment gateway. We accept both Indian and non - Indian cards. In any case, if your payment doesn’t go through, write to us and we’ll help you with alternative modes of payment. 

Can I exchange or return my order?

It’s a bummer if you’re reading this. But we are here to offer you choices to make sure you’re satisfied. If you have any issues with your order, you have 7 days to ask for a replacement. You can mail us at with your order number and pictures of the issue. Cost of the courier (including the original packaging) will be borne by you. Cost of shipping the new piece to you will be borne by us. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled withing 48 hours from placing the order. For all canceled orders, the payment will be processed through the original mode within 7-10 working days. 

Can I have my order sent as a gift?

Of course. Our pieces could be gift packed for you in bandani potlis and can be sent as a gift. All you have to do is contact us after placing the order. You can even request a short note to go along with it. 




How much does shipping cost in India?

We get too excited when you like our products as much as we do and hence, shipping is free for order above INR 5000. For orders below that, we charge a minimal amount of INR 150 throughout India. 

How long does delivery take?

How we wish you could download our pieces from our website, but alas! That day is yet to see the light. For now, it takes 1-3 (business) days to process and ship it out. Thereafter, delivery time varies between 4-7 days depending on your location. For made-to-order pieces, we take about 10-12 days to ship your order. Once we ship your pieces, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you’d like your order expedited, please email us at and we’ll try to accommodate your request. 

Do you cover for lost or stolen pieces? 

We do not cover for any lost or stolen pieces that have been confirmed deliver. For a smooth delivery experience, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

My jewelry was damaged in transit --- Can I get a replacement?

Our pieces are built to last so the chances of breakage while shipping are slim. However, we’d be as disheartened as you’d be if you receive a damaged piece. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so that we can look into it and send you a replacement. 





Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. We are wherever you are.

How much does International shipping cost?

Our international shipping ranges between an additional $20-26 fee depending on the country. 

When will I get my order?

Really soon, we promise. As with domestic orders, international orders get shipped in 1-3 days after it is placed. From there, its ETA varies based on your location. In our experience, most orders are delivered withing 10 business days of dispatch.

What about customs and duties?

Some countries levy taxes, custom fees, and/or other duties when goods are imported in. These charges are typically determined at the time of entry of the package and must be paid before you can receive it. In these cases, all applicable clearance fees and delays are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return or exchange an international order? 

Sure shot. If there are any manufacturing defects, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can get a new piece to you. As with domestic orders, the cost of shipping the order back to us will be borne by you. We recommend using a secure and trackable courier service (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) as we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach us. If you originally paid any customs or duties, please note that these will not be refunded by us.
